Cooking

Buddy and I have been going to Williams Sonoma on Sunday mornings for cooking classes.   They’re not really classes, Chars demonstrates different techniques in cooking.
We had such a good time, we decided to take one of their classes.  The classes are on Wednesday nights and you will eat your dinner at the class.

That’s Chars.  She is a wonderful teacher.  She has the entire store at her disposal.

She prepared a delicious flank steak that night.

The dinner was more than enough for dinner.  Oh! wait.  She also made dessert.

Homemade ice cream.  Yummy!

She also made a pizza with veggies.

When Nicole was here, we went to a chocolate class.  I don’t know what I did with the photos, but when I find them I will post them.
